Hi there,
it seems like a JS error on the back side creating by another plugin.
Please, try to disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons, and check if you can click on it now.
Otherwise, try to change also your current theme to a default WordPress theme.
