    Hi!

    I have been using picu for a couple of years now and I have been very happy with it. Unfortunately, recently I have had two cases of clients’ selections disappearing.

    In both cases, the selection wasn’t sent – the client was in the process of picking photos and making final decisions. I cannot confirm, whether or not it was done on one device or more. I know for a fact, two people had access to the second selection.

    Do you know what might have caused that issue?

    Thanks for reporting this.

    Could you send us an email (support [at] picu.io) including the debug info from your site (found under picu > Settings > Tools/Debug and copy/paste into the email)?

    Thanks for sending over your debug info. We’ve sent you the following question but haven’t heard back, maybe our email got stuck somewhere, so I thought I add them here as well:

    The selections normally are saved each time a client selects/deselects an image and shouldn’t ever “reset” themselves.

    When this happened, did you check in the backend if you could still see any information on those selections or were they completely gone?

    If you found out what caused this and were able to solve it in the meantime, please let us know as well so we can close this here.

    We were in contact via email again and the problem hadn’t occurred again since deactivating an optimizer plugin’s “Minify JS and Combine CSS” functionality.

    Will close this for now – feel free to open a new one if this occurs again!
