• Multiple screens not allowing the selection checkmark. When I try and select multiple photos in one gallery to batch apply a URL I cannot. When I select one photo, instead of a checkmark I get a highlight box around the square. When I try and add a second photo, the first is unselected. I cannot select multiple photos. When I want to add tags to a folder, again I can’t select multiple tags, only a single tag at a time.

    Hi Jackie,

Thank you for reaching out and explaining the issue.

Photo Gallery supports selecting multiple images and applying URLs or tags in bulk. However, the selection method differs depending on the screen you’re using.

When selecting photos in the File Manager:

    • Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) while clicking images to select multiple photos.
    • Alternatively, use Shift to select a range or the Select All button.
    • The blue outline around an image indicates that it is selected, so a checkmark is not required.

When applying a URL to multiple gallery images:

    1. Open the gallery under Photo Gallery → Add Galleries/Images.
    2. Select the images using the checkboxes beside them.
    3. Under Bulk Actions, choose Edit redirect URL and click Apply.
    4. Enter the URL and click Save changes.

    When adding multiple tags:

    1. Select the images using their checkboxes.
    2. Choose Add/Remove tag under Bulk Actions and click Apply.
    3. In the tags window, select the checkboxes beside the tags you want to add, rather than clicking their names directly.
    4. Click Add to image.

Could you please try these methods and let us know whether you’re able to select multiple items?

If the issue persists, a short screen recording showing how the selections behave would help us investigate further.
