Selected Page Not Working

Hi! I’ve currently created a Pop Up, works fine when I select to display Pop Up Everywhere on the website. But when I select to ONLY display Selected Page : HOMEPAGE, or Selected Type : Home Page. It just simply doesn’t work….

What could be going wrong ??

Would appreciate some advice how to resolve this ?

Please note that the link is safe, I used to bit ly since the website is still in development stages.

Dear @xonnie316 ,

We don’t see the popup on the mentioned website at the moment.

Could you make it show Everywhere and let us know to double check again?

Also, could you send screenshots showing the other settings you chose?

Thanks for your response. I’ve changed the pop up to be viewable EVERYWHERE on the website.

How can I set this so that it only shows on the Homepage ?

Selected Page is not currently working for the website…

Dear @xonnie316 ,

The link you sent seems to be invalid for some reason. Could you double check it and resend, please?

The other way would be the Page Type filter which you mentioned doesn’t work as well.

I’ve tried : Selected Page & Page Type and they both won’t work…..

I’ve also tried rolling back a few versions, but still would do the same.

I’ve updated it to the most recent version 4.1.8 and it still would do the same.

Strange that it works with Everywhere but not with the Homepage only…….

It’s indeed strange. How about other pages, not the Homepage? Does it work on any other pages?

If it doesn’t could you send the system info to support@popup-builder.com? Here;s a tutorial showing how to get the system info.

How to Retrieve the System Info File

When sending the file to us, please, mention the thread link so the case can be identified by the team.
