    Hello,

    here is my configuration :

    [select* your-subject first_as_label “Sujet” “First|myemail@mysite.com” “Second|myemail@mysite.com”]

and the email field For: [_raw_your-subject]

But it says there is an error and when I try to send un email, I get an error telling me the email hasn’t been sent. I’ve tried deleting first_as_label, but nothing changes. Any idea ? Thank you

  • for me your code is working so you can check:

1 – the quotes you are using are not correct
    2 – in the mail from you aren’t using also “… <wordpress@mydomain.com>”

    Hello @codekraft

quotes are goods, they have been modified in my post.
And I’m talking about the field For, nor From (domain name is not important).

Here is the code without the wrong quotes :
    [select* subject "First|myemail@mysite.com" "Second|myemail@mysite.com"]

I tried to do this in the For field :
    [subject] <[_raw_subject]>
    but doesn’t work either.

figured out the reason… you must not use
    [subject] <[_raw_subject]>

    but the opposite:
    [_raw_subject] <[subject]>

because _raw_ give you the value before the pipe

    Thanks a lot @codekraft , damn I’m dumb…
    Thanks again

That makes two of us! 😂

Because I immediately thought it was right too.

Hahah ! And I’m pretty sure that’s not the first time I think _raw_ is for the value after the pipe. Hope I won’t forget it this time.
Thanks again, that was driving me crazy.
