Selecta Theme, Category listings

Hello:

I use the theme Selecta, my current blog can be found at: http://www.southernswimbait.com

I have categories of blog posts that have 10-20 blog posts. Anytime you select a Category (from the list of Categories that make up the site content), you never get any more than 5 of your X number of blog posts associated with the Category at a time. It has 4 nice and neat blog posts listed, and then the second row has only one, and your given the choice to select “older posts” but it seems to me that we should have a minimum of 8 (would just fit the above row nicely) and this might be a customizable something…How many blog posts display per category, etc. 5 just seems random and it looks awkward in the scheme of things. Click on 3:16 Lure Company from my list of categories. You get 5 blog posts, but the other 8, you have to click ‘see older posts’… (twice actually, since 5 at a time seems to be how this theme serves it up). It would be ‘nice’ to be able to list all your blog posts or have the number be something greater than 5, more like 10-20 or something.
