I don’t even know where that search box comes from, it’s likely something being generated by your theme. As such, I can’t tell you why it would be there on one site and not another, sorry!

This is when “Enable listing categories” is enabled.
here’s what’s in job-filters.php (job_manager_dropdown_categories)
It was changed from chosen.js to select2.js in 1.32 release i think

why is it the search box is hidden in select2 […] in our production server but it is showing in our staging site with no problem
