Select Room Type Location / Hotel

    Hello,

    A couple days ago I added your plug-in to our website and so far I was loving it, the look, how easy it is to understand, the options, etc. But today as I was adding more rooms to my site I discovered I couldn’t add them to a specific hotel.

    The thing is we have two hotels and for example: I have three ‘master suites’ in total but two are in one location and one in the other but when selecting on the dropdown on the right side that says “select hotel” doesn’t give me the option to actually select diferent locations. Also if I have two hotels but both of them opérate differently do I really need to set a hotel base? Or would I need to set one as my hotel base and just create an “extra” one?

    You need to set hotel base because it’s how our plugin work for now. Did you create other hotels (Hotel > Hotels menu). After create you can select hotel when create new room type.
    There’re some improvement (multi hotel) on frontend that we will update soon.

    I did create a base hotel and then the secondary hotel. All seems to work until that point, even when searching as a client on the site it allows you to select our second hotel and the dates BUT when I am editing a room it won’t allow me to select a different hotel other than the ‘base hotel’ it just shows the hotel base and a ‘blank’ space under it on the drop-down menu.

    I tried deleting the second hotel option, updated the plug-in, but nothing works.
    I was considering buying the full version of this so please fix it before I cange my mind 🙁

    It’s getting really frustrating.
