“Select Role” broken

Hi,
After the WP User Manager update to 2.0.0 or 2.0.1, role distribution no longer works. Some pages I only want to show for administrators, moderators or premium users but the selection is no longer available.Before the updates: https://share-your-photo.com/2261d8b5e1
