Select Field Not Working

I have a few questions or suggestions to add to the Plug In.

1. Problem – I am using a Select Field for asking clients yes or no questions and the About Required will show a red Asterisks but it does not work. How do I ix?

2. Suggestion – I have a reservation form for clients to book a chocolate fountain.

Is there a way to have a preview of the filled out form show up on a page after it has been submitted? And is there a way to add more text information besides the form information like adding terms and conditions to the email?

3. Is there a way to have field layouts it one straight row instead of stacked on-top of each other?

4. Does your form have a Calculated Fields so I can assign – number of guests to cost per person, plus delivery, tax, sub total, Total Amount?

5. Also to have an option to use Paypal or to send payment in by check function.

6. Clear Button

7. Is there a way to customize the reservation form that is sent to my email?

Love the product, just need to get these things and I can use this for all my websites. I have 2 styles of form and just need to get these functions working for me.
