Segmentation for Non-WordPress Users?

    Hello,

    Is there a way to segment out all non-wordpress users? I have a list that contains both people who are WordPress users and Not WordPress users.
    Since there is a way to segment by user role, I thought there might be a way to segment by “no role” or “not a WordPress User” but there wasn’t an option like that.

    Is this possible?

    Is there a way to segment out all non-wordpress users?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a segment option to filter all the non-WordPress Users at the moment.

    As I understand, your WordPress Users are also added to a second list where you have WordPress Users and non-WordPress Users, right?

    In this case, the only way to separate them from the other subscribers would be to remove them from this particular list, and for that, you’d need to select all subscribers from the WordPress Users list and use the bulk actions to remove them from this list. After that, the list will contain only non-WordPress Users.

    Alternatively, you can edit them directly in your database.
