    For a week or 10 days legitimate orders have been getting blocked, and possibly forms too.

    I “not spammed” what showed on the log, and I just turned on the “java script” switch I see you ask others to do, and cleared my cache (which one?).

    Anything else I should do or you can check for me? Don’t want to miss any more orders!

    PS any way I could see a bit farther back than the 7 days and try to contact customers who may have gotten blocked?

    Hello @williwawpub,

    Please do the following:

    1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
      → set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;
      → set the “Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On”;
      → Save Changes.
    2. Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).
    3. Clear all the cache on your website.

    PS, you will need to clear all cache solutions on your website. I see that you are using LiteSpeed Cache, so please make the necessary adjustments for it. If you have any other cache plugins, please make the adjustments for them as well.

    Thanks for the help. I made the changes and it seems to be working fine now.
