I don’t understand the question – what do you mean posts by seekers? You mean like a resume, or a request for work?
That’s the way I interpreted it – almost like a “Looking for work” kind of listing (which makes me think it’s more suited to a classifieds approach)…

Hi Mike.
I’ m creating a site about job where both people searching for a job and people who offer jobs, could publish their posts, so that seekers can subscribe to jobs and recruiters could find people to employ. For doing that, I need another form to let seekers publish their requests for work, better if a resume could be attached to the form fields. I mean: I need a complete management for searching and offering job. Is it possible somehow with your plugin or some other add-on? Thanx

Resume and other things are accessories. I need that the plugin works for seekers exactly like it does for recruiters, only the form fields should be a little different (i.e. some fields more and some less, instead of loading an image it should load a pdf or doc file). Please let me know, it’s very important for me and I like your plugin so much. Thank you.
Well with this plugin you’d have two pages; one for jobs and one for resumes. The resumes submit form will take details about a user including experience and education, rather than job listing data.

Otherwise you’ll need a custom solution – you can base it off job manager and get a dev to code it.

Thanks for your answers Mike but I need a complete job board where also little works like dog sitter, painting a wall, tutoring lessons and so on, could be added directly from users (seekers) and then displayed and searchable. No way you should add this features to make your plugin perfect????? 😉
If the fields are the same (or pretty much the same) you could just create two job listing categories; one for jobs, one for seekers. Kind of like WPMentor have done: http://wpmentor.org/all-listings/
If thats also no good, maybe you should look at creating a custom version based on my codebase, with the help of a dev if needed. Then you can make it bespoke to your needs with your own post type etc

Something like that, but a little more complicated, with lots of categories to make searches easier and other functions useful for job seekers. I’m studying another plugin I found and it seems to be the one I need. Thanx for your help and hope you will add those options: who knows?!?!?!?!?!? 😉
