    Hiya,

I keep getting this error on the registration form submission, but this happens on mobile devices only. Everything works fine on desktops/laptops in multiple browsers.
On Android phones the error message is there regardless of the browser being used.

I’m checking essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/includes/Traits/Login_Registration.php lines 85-93 and looks like it can’t verify the nonce (my form is set to login automatically after registration), but I wonder why this happens on mobiles only?

    @bugnumber9,

Hey, there. Sorry for the delayed response. Anyways, the problem is that, even though I had initially found that error on mobile device, but didn’t get that error again after trying out on several devices.

So, probably caching issue. Are you still getting the same issue? If so, can you please share your page URL? You can also contact our support for further investigation: support[at]wpdeveloper[dot]net

    Thank you!

    Hi @rafinkhan,

Weird, but the issue is gone on my end too.
I’ll keep an eye on it and will let you know if it happens again.

    Thanks!

Hi, Was there ever an actual fix for this? It’s happening on my site as well.

    Thank you!

I have the same problem on the desktop, it usually appears after two to three hours after saving the page.

I think it is a cache problem, because when I save the tocken it is ok but after two hours the tocken is old and no regeneration takes place.

Do you have a solution to this problem?`

    Hi @smartin86 @madeinitalybazar ,

If you have any caching plugin activated, I would recommend you deactivate the caching plugin temporary and try again.

Besides that, our dev team is also checking this issue deeply. If the issue is occurring for our plugin, we will definitely fix this from our end don’t worry.

    Thank you!
