Security Review Failure

Brand new WordPress plugins are supposed to go through a security review before being allowed in the Plugin Directory, but at this plugin shows, that isn’t happening or isn’t very good as there is any easy to spot authenticated PHP object injection vulnerability in the plugin. We have long offered to help get the review process improved, so that doesn’t happen anymore, but we have had not seen any interest in that. Why don’t the people that run the review process (and also run the moderation of this forum) want to actually deal with the problems with what they are doing?
