• Hello everyone,

First of all, I’m far from being a WP expert, thus why I am here I suppose.

I noticed my website is incredibly slow at the moment, even loading my wp dashboard. After using P3 plugin I noticed that Jetpack and WordPress SEO are the ones using the most resources. I deactivated Jetpack for now, might go with slim jetpack but in my jetpack options, only 2 “modules” were active.

I already installed W3 total cache and used the recommended settings and also optimized my db as recommended by my host Bluehost.

    GTmetrix gave a score of
    Performance Scores
    PageSpeed Score
    (70%)
    YSlow Score
    (60%)
    Page Details
    Page Load Time
    59.3s
    Total Page Size
    13.2MB
    Requests
    423

and google insights on pc 60 / 100 and on mobile 49/100.

I noticed that I have many “security” plugins and I was wondering if I really need them all or if I could get rid of some and many use a “main” one.

Here’s the list of plugins installed on my wp:

    Askimet
    All in One WP Security
    Growmap Anti Spambot
    LionScripts: IP blocker Lite

Other plugins I have that I’m not sure if I really need:
    SEO Friendly images
    socia media widget
    Mojo marketplace
    floating social bar
    google analytics
    google XML sitemaps
    BackWPup
    Boostrap 3 shortcodes

Any help would be much appreciated, even a link to a guide or something.

    Thanks
