    Hi, thanks for this great plugin! I have a question about the “Security: [Premium + Pro-Lifetime] Patched a security vulnerability in the EDD SDK package” change in the latest version of the plugin. Does this mean that security issue is only fixed in the Premium version and not in the free version, or the security issue only affected the Premium version and the free version is not affected? Thanks!

    Thank you for your kind words and for your question.

    The security issue mentioned in the changelog affects only the Premium/Pro (lifetime) licensing system, not the free version.

    To clarify further:
    The vulnerability is not in our plugin’s own code.
    It is related to the Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) SDK package we use to handle licensing and updates for paid users.

    Since the free version does not use this licensing system, it is not affected at all.

    We patched the SDK to ensure everything is fully secure for Premium users.
