Securing Media For Certain Users

Hi,

What I want to do is create a password specific page with a gallary on it (with lightbox feature) so that only user with a password can see the gallery. I know how to password protect a page but I want the media used in this gallary to only be accessible for this page only and via the password. Basically, I am just creating a page for a customer to show them their artwork and such but they do not want this artwork getting out if possible .

Is something like this even possible because i know if I type in the link directly to a media image I have it comes up since thats its directory. I just want to hide this and keep on the page only away from the public .
