Seconday Menu Conflict

I created a new secondary menu location on top of the page, as well as a second menu. When I enable the mega menu settings on my new menu, it works for the secondary menu but deactivates the mega menu settings on my primary navigation. And vice versa. When enable mega menu on primary, primary works but disables mega menu settings on secondary. Is there a way to enable mega menu settings for both menu’s?
