secondary primary both 50%

I need the secondary (sidebar) and the content part to be both 50%. The site also needs to be fullwidth on the viewport at all viewports (no wrapper).

Now the secondary part is smaller then the content part especially in big viewports and the margin between the 2 is too big (must be around 25px at all times.

It would be nice to have a padding of 20 pix left and right but maybe we can fix that ourselves

We do have a budget of max 150 euro for somebody who can make this 100% to our satisfaction.
