Second posting causing MAJOR alignment issues.

Alright, I finally had my theme design almost finished. I went to test out making a second posting, and when I did, this is what the alignment looks like

With just one post, the alignment is fine. Once I add a second post, the alignment goes to crap. I’m thinking it has something to do with my Divs, and padding, but I can’t figure it out.
