Second button disappears after theme update

Yep, it’s as the title says. When I update the theme from 3.3.28 to 3.4.8, the second button on the homepage (for which I used
the snippet) disappears.

And yes, I use a child theme, and the snippet code is in my child theme’s php file.

Obviously I made some silly mistake somewhere, but I can’t figure it out. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
