Second: Bugs, Feedback & Feature Requests for WP CV Builder

I built a whole website around this plugin. But emedietly it felt old.

The registration page is custom made and uses math logics against “bots”. Instead of recaptcha or other new solutions.

Also the way customer packages are shown are very poorly made and not able to customize it for other language than english in a good manner.

BUT the most trouble some is that when I tested the product as a “user” I could not download my own CV after bulding it!

I had a lot of other feedback sent to the support without much replies or action towards solving them… So I requested a refund.

I was told I could get my refund IF I REMOVED MY OLD REVIEW HERE. First red flag I think.

I removed the review but they have not refunded me some weeks later (and as per their own contract if I read it – not only because of removing review here)…

I would say you can use the free version with all the bugs and perhaps it will work as intended in the future. But dont buy the products with the very poor customer service they have. Dont support these plugins. There are so many good ones out there that needs our support and do a great job with dignity and honor – the wordpressway.
