Searching New Posts

When I search new posts for a truck that I add, it doesn’t show new posts I make. Does it take time for a post to get indexed or something?

Also, if I post an F-150 truck and put in the keywords f150 because some people will type it that way, it only shows one or the other. I filled in all the keywords and everything with no luck. It’s based on what’s in the title of the post.
