Searching encyclopedia entries

Hello. I recently upgraded to Encyclopedia Pro. My theme has a drop down search bar, but I notice that it does not recognize the information in the Encyclopedia plugin. It shows only “no results found,” even when I type in the exact title of one of the encyclopedia entries. How can I make the theme’s drop down search bar compatible with the info I put into the encyclopedia? Thank you.
