Search problem with Responsive Menu – error 404

thank you for such a cool plugin! 🙂

I have stumbled upon a problem (bug), and it is related with SEARCH option when using Responsive Menu

if visitor do a search from index page, everything works fine

for example:
https://www.mydomain.com/?s=web
or
https://www.mydomain.com/?s=new%20deal

but if user browse trough other pages and do a search

from pages like:
https://www.mydomain.com/products/
or
https://www.mydomain.com/gallery/

and do a search from there (using responsive menu)

https://www.mydomain.com/products/?s=web
https://www.mydomain.com/gallery/?s=web

it doesn’t work, it shows error 404 page

can you please fix this issue, by setting that search is always done from “root” or index page, or tell me how can I fix this bug?
