Hallo,

May I know this feature was for backend or frontend search result page???

I just discover I was disable the search feature of some plugin at backend. Like search media, search product…

It was intended to only affect the front end search. I will add a condition to not allow the search in the admin to be affected. I should be able to release this fix tonight.

Sorry I got busy with doing other things and Christmas so I forgot to release this fix last week. Version 5.7.3 restricts the search functionality to front end searches.
