Pls verify the index table: see Table VIII-C3. Press the Show button, and look at the table that comes up.
The header looks like:
List of Searcheable words ( Max 1000 entries of total 1483 )
Does your table look complete or is it almost empty?

thanks for helping with this. The table looks as you describe and it says (1000 of 2990). When I look down the table, it has the file names and few words but none of the metadata that is attached to the images. I use the keywords, caption etc fields to enter information that I need to have searchable. Should all these appear in that table, or is there a problem there? cheers, Bruce

The right hand search works quite well. It’s the one on the right that is the one that fails. You will see it just comes back with nothing found.

This turned out to be a bug. I patched it on your site, and rebuilt the photo index.
