Search landing page

Hello,

I’m actually new to WordPress and I’m making a new blog right now.
I’m using this “naked” theme: http://www.siftware.co.uk/services/wordpress/blank-wordpress-theme/

I’ve just added a search bar to my header, and I’m wondering where I can find the file for the landing page..
(Because when I search for something, the page with the results needs to be edited)
