It depends – these forums are entirely volunteer so it can be a few minutes or a few days. I’m guessing that you will need to post a link to your site for anyone to help with this kind of problem.
I’d suggest you try the usual troubleshooting steps are to
Deactivate all plugins
Reset the plugins folder (change the name on it to pluginsHOLD using FTP)
Switch to the default theme (twentytwelve)

There are some unanswered year old threads too. Replying to yourself also reduces the chance of someone answering.
but search itself isnt a plugin..it comes with the wordpress…but its not working the pages!
Those are standard troubleshooting steps – plugins can interfere with WP or with each other.
but we didnt have any plugin installed …we tried installing the wordpress on other folder and even without any plugin installed,it remains the same

These forums are not meant to support themes not distributed on WordPress.org.
those códex dont help in anything…once I’ve told you i downloaded it for free, how i will visit their page and ask for something? they request a login and password i have not to get any support!
Sorry, but if you got a commercial for free – that’s rather questionable in and of itself. And no matter how you got it, these forums only support themes from the repository on this site. If you want to use one of those, we’ll be happy to try to help you with any issues.
