Search Functionality in WordPress home page

    Hi Team,

    I am looking for a plugin which has the search functionality for wordpress.
    I have integrated plugin like Vanilla and Bug-Library, So this plugin should be able to have a common search in all the pages..
    Do you have anything of that sort available.. Idea is to have a common search for wordpress site which includes all included plugin inside and posts, bugs, Pages, Comments etc..
