Search function in feature image

    For a few months now the search function under Feature Image hasn’t been working in my multisite network (on any of my sites/sub-sites). I am able to search the media library successfully, but when I’m creating or editing a post and a want to set the feature image, I can’t search the media library from this window, so I’m having to constantly re-upload duplicate images. Even scrolling back through this window only goes back so far. Is anyone else aware of this issue or experiencing something similar?

    Sorry for the slow reply and your troubles with media search. I’ve not had any such trouble on my site. Try deactivating your plugins and switching to a twenty* default theme. You should find search working again. Start restoring you normal configuration, one module at a time, testing after each. When the search again fails, the last activated module is causing a conflict.
