Search function displays no results

I seem to be having an issue with the search function on my blog. For some reason or another, the search function won’t display any of my posts. I can’t for the life of me figure out why, but then again, I’m not a programmer either.

If somebody could please take a look at this for me, I would greatly appreciate it. I don’t want to have to resort to installing Google’s search function.
