Search form problem

    I decided to start a Spanish version of my website but when I uploaded the language file it has gotten rid of the theme off the search box. I have tried to find a way to get the theme to apply to it but can´t work out why the language file has changed it.

    In the Spanish version with just the default look: http://es.britneyspy.com/wordpress/

    Both are in the side bar.

    If anyone one can think of a way to sort this out I´d really appreciate it! Thanks!
