Could you make sure that you have updated Ultimate Member properly? There is a doc about upgrade https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1512-upgrade-2-1-0

Also, please make sure that you flushed the cache and remove all customized templates from your theme for the member directory.

Hello, sorry for not answering earlier.
I have tried everything you suggested (i.e. I verified that we did indeed update the plugin properly according to the instructions and we do not cache pages, nor did we create any customized templates).
There must be another problem. I also created a completely new directory and a new page, but the same problem (i.e. the search function and the filter function do not appear) persists.
Please let me know.

Right now, the directory page doesn’t even load up anymore unfortunately. I see a circle rolling but nothing appears. Could you please tell me if there are any other reasons than the ones mentioned above for the Members Directory not working as it should?

Yes, I can confirm that I’m running on UM 2.1.2. The problem still persists with the search. The directory does appear now but search and filter do not appear.
