    Hello everyone, I want to see if the website owdt is built with WordPress? If this website is not built with WordPress, is it possible to use a custom template and specially programmed plugins to build such websites? Also, if there are templates and plugins for building such websites, are they optimized to provide improved accessibility and search engine optimization? I would be grateful if anyone could answer these questions.

    The website you mentioned uses WordPress. Apparently a custom theme is used, so we can’t say anything more about it and especially about your template question.

    Of course, you can also implement such a website with your own individual theme based on a design draft. An introduction to the template developer is the manual for it: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/.

    You can also save yourself the work by using a theme that roughly meets your design requirements and only requires minor adjustments. Just look around for it: https://wordpress.org/themes/

    Usally themes offer only the design for a web page and no concrete SEO features. For this, other plugins are used, some of which you can find here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/seo/
