1) There is a Labelling section in the Settings Tab in the plugin dashboard, where you could rename most of the labels that you see in the plugin front-end. You will find “Enter your question:” there.
2) Could you share the link to your site where you have the FAQ Search? There could be various reasons why this is happening so we would have to check for a couple of things.

Do you have both the [ultimate-faqs] and the [submit-question] shortcodes on the page or only the [submit-question] one?
On the page I have [ultimate-faq-search] and then [ultimate-faqs].
Hi yalmog99, try removing the [ultimate-faqs] shortcode (leaving only the search one) or add the [ultimate-faq-search] on a separate page and see if that makes any difference?

I created a test page with only [ultimate-faq-search]:

If you search for example “SMS” you will see that the drop down is populated with relevant Faqs immediately but when I choose a Faq it takes 20 seconds to see the results.
Can you help ?

We checked out the page that you sent us and searched for the word “SMS”. Surprisingly the relevant FAQ’s appeared immediately and when we selected the the FAQ it showed the results right away.
Has this issue been fixed?
