Search author's description

    I’ve searched for this and I’ve found nothing…

    I want to be able to search by author’s description profile field.

    For example, the author writes “design” in description profile field and when I search “design” in the custom search form, it would appear the link to the author page that has “design” written in description field.

    Is that possible with a plugin or so?
