Seamless Donations Suddenly Stopped Working
Seamless Donations has not been working for quite some time now. The only email notification we receive that a donation has been made is via PayPal. The IPN has been set in PayPal, so that’s not the issue.
– Our donors do not receive email notification from Seamless Donations that their donation went through.
– We do not receive email notification from Seamless Donations that a new donation has been made, nor does it display any recent donations in the interface.
It seems that all of a sudden everything stopped connecting… no emails, no records, etc. Can someone please shed some light on this issue?
