To display the full document without scrolling, simply increase the Height value in the Custom iFrame widget settings (as shown in the screenshot below – we’ve set it to 2500px as an example). Keep increasing the value until the entire document is visible.

we have performed a test on our setup and on your link and found all works perfect when i scroll horizontally it not back to start
