    I checked your link and your links are handled by additional js click events found here: /wp-content/themes/almosthome/js/functions.js
    Don’t know if you entered those or not but these custom events scroll the page (among others).

    Thanks for getting back to me. I did put that script in to get the plugin to work properly with the theme. I fixed the issue with the scroll not working properly, but now, when you click on the first menu item, it pulls the content up too far by about 8 pixels. Is there a way to set something specific for only the first Div on the page?

    Can you post which link/target in which page (e.g. clinical page, overview link)?

    For example, “Overview” link seems to scroll to the correct position according to target id and the 108 pixels offset you’ve set.
