Scroll doesn't work only for first item.

Hello, first of all thanks for this wonderful plugin! It works like a charm!
However I’ve been having a weird problem. I have submenus linking to different parts of a page and all the submenu links work except for the first one. When I lower the section to the second or third position it works, but the one that now is in first place doesn’t anymore.
I solved this problem in another page by giving the id by dividing the section in horizontal colums and giving the ID to the one on the right, the one on the left wouldnt work. But still it seems like a very weird error.
I wonder if this has happened before and if you need more info please let me know. (my website is “under construction” and is I cant have it open, but If you’d like to see it I could open it up for you).
