  • HI @threelegsluigi 🙂

In looking in Safari at the link, there is 89 errors on the page, and it appears Rev Slider is also throwing an error.

You may want to look into the errors (including the Rev Slider) to resolve and see if that resolves the issue.

Some browsers are more forgiving then others and will still operate even with the errors.

Please let me know if that helps, thanks!

    Hello @akyusa01,

    89? I get 8 warnings on Chrome…

    Hi 🙂

That’s what I got in Safari if you look at the screenshot I attached, but in looking closer at this, those 88 (I apologize – its 88, not 89) are a mixture of ‘failed to load resource’ and ‘blocked frame’ due to mixed protocols.

    Hello,

pretty interesting – check my safari screen shot. And anyways, after putting the new gallery the site freezes on Chrome and Safari. Should be a plugin problem since before everything worked.

Last time the smart slider had a problem with the betheme-builder I use and they even implemented it in the new 4.5.3. release.

Here the last problem I had:

And maybe you have an older version of safari? Which one do you use?

    Hey!

Since you had this scrolling problem when using a completely different slider plugin as well; it’s quite likely an issue with your theme or another plugin that was being run at the same time your previous issue occurred.

Have you tried disabling your current theme and checking that scroll behavior works as expected then?

    Hello Erica,

seems to be a conflict with the BeTheme from muffingroup. I activated an other theme and it worked well. Now I hope they will help me with their support 🙂

    Thanks for you advice!

    Hello,

the lovely team of nextendweb suggested me to disable the “nice scroll” from my theme and now it works. Changed the scroll to default 🙂

    SOLVED!

    Happy to hear it! 🙂
