Scroll Bar instead of cross

    Hello

    I am using your plugin in a few sites, but in one of them, and only one, when I open the cookie preferences / privacy overall overview, instead of having a cross icon on the top right corner, it displays 2 scroll bars arrows, regardless of the text being displayed all or not.

    Is there a way to remove these scroll bars and display the normal close/cross icon?

    Hello

    This happens in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome on desktop.
    In the mobile version, the window is ok, has a normal cross.

    Apologies for the delay. We were unable to replicate the issue except for in one device.

    Can you try adding below code to your site theme’s CSS and see how it goes?

    .cli-modal .cli-modal-close {
    font-size: 100% !important;
    font-weight: inherit !important;
}

    Hello.

    I added your code to the theme CSS, cleared the cache and opened a new incognito tab. The scroll bar is still there :/

    The same device shows the close button correctly now from our end.

    I still see the scroll bars, this is strange. Tested on Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
