script tag not synced

I am testing wp sitesync. But posts that have a script tag, for example an embedded Twitter tweet, like this:

<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>,

don’t have the this tag in the target site.

All content is synced, but I think this script tag is filtered out. That means that posts with an embedded tweet is not synced correctly.

Is this a bug, or is it intentionally? Can I make WPSiteSync also copy this script tag?
