Script in Sidebar/Menu ?

Koji is a great Theme, nicely done again but for me there is something missing.

I have a little Script that’s running as a Plugin and shows its Stuff with a Widget on the Sidebar but in Koji there isn’t a Sidebar anymore where i can put in my Widget.

How can i access this Sidebar/Menu and put my Script there to show its Stuff?
Don’t want it in the Footer because the visibility would be very bad.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
