screen shoot themes not show

I just make a new themes by my self, but when i upload it in server. . the screenshot.png not show, i already tryin to change the permision of the theme folder and try change some code according this theard http://wordpress.org/support/topic/theme-preview-screenshot-not-showing?replies=2, but it doesn’t work. .

can anybody help?
