Haven’t see anyone else with that problem – have you gone through the troubleshooting steps here:

It happened on 3 of my Word Press sites, after I uploaded to 3.7
They are all on three different servers.
In fact, I am just testing it RIGHT NOW on another WP site running 3.6. (My 4th site)
I had just updated it to 3.7 and the Screen Layout option disappeared on the Post and Pages editor, again.
Now it happened on 4.
I disabled ALL MY PLUGINS and NO improvement.
I changed theme. No improvement.
This is a WP 3.7 issue and I may be the first to report it

BUT THERE ARE OTHER SITES THAT HAVE THIS ISSUE
Please deactivate all plugins and switch to twentythirteen. If it’s a WP3.7 issue, that’s the way to find it.
And don’t post in all caps – it’s considered yelling –

Here is another site
http://jerseywebdesigners.com/
All plugins are deactived
Twenty Thirteen is installed.
The Post and Page editor have no Screen Layout option for one or two columns.
This is only the second day of the update, and I may be an early complainer.

I’m having the same problem.
On one of my sites I went in and changed the one_quarter to 22% and that worked on my Homepage.
But the same thing wouldn’t work for the one_half.

How do you change the one quarter to 22%
Is the Screen Layout option even showing on the Post/Page editor?
