Scheduler with required confirmation?

I am helping to set up a site for a hunting club. The gentleman wants to be able to have his members go to a section of his site and confirm they will attend the “event” or the scheduled time for them to be at certain spots in the camp. If they do not confirm they will be there by a certain time then that time/lot becomes available for others to claim. Is this something a plugin for WordPress would allow?
