Scheduler does not work at all

I have the paid version of this plugin. I have left 2 messages on your support ticket system and both have been ignored.

The scheduler does not work. It does not send to twitter according to my schedule and it only sends when I am logged in and active on the plugin page.

It does not work as advertised.

Please respond to my support tickets where I have given access details so you can see this for yourself.

If this cannot work as advertised, I will get a refund as it is not what I paid for.

Very unhappy at the lack of service with this plugin.
